Members of the Society for Conservation Biology (Oceania) (SCBO) are invited to a Special General Members Meeting.

This meeting is a follow-up meeting to confirm a vote for the amended SCBO Constitution that was addressed at the Annual General Meeting (AGM), but required specific wording for the legislative requirements. This meeting will be a short meeting to address the following:
- Resolution to convert SCBO to a Company Limited By Guarantee
- Vote to adopt the amended constitution to fit with the new structure (as per 1)
