Pacific Conservation Biology is seeking a Social Media Editor to join the editorial board. The journal provides a forum for discussion about regional conservation problems; debate about priorities and mechanisms for conservation oriented biological research; and dissemination of the results of relevant research. Pacific Conservation Biology is published by CSIRO Publishing.
The role of the Social Media Editor is to promote the journal on Twitter, with the aim of increasing the visibility of the journal and its content. The Social Media Editor will decide which content to promote and will play a key role in promoting the journal positively to the community and developing a Twitter following for the journal as a go-to resource for conservation research.
The Social Media Editor will receive a personal subscription to the Journal as a token of appreciation.
